Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure our inventory is up to date and accurately reflects stock availability. If a product shows as in stock, it means we have physical stock ready to dispatch. On the rare occasion an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best solution for you.

We ship orders daily. If your order is placed before our postage pickup cut-off, it will be sent the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off will be sent the next business day. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please allow reasonable processing times of 1 hour to 2 business days during peak periods.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be updated and sent to you by email or SMS (if selected). Robot Vacuum Experts provides an electronic invoice with every order once dispatched. If you ever need an additional copy, simply email support@robotvacuumexperts.com.au and we’ll send it to you.

Shipping Charges:

  • $9.95 for all purchases under $100.00

  • Free delivery for all purchases of $100.00 and above
    This applies to all products listed on our website. ‘Total Order Spend’ includes all products purchased in a single online transaction (excluding shipping cost). Robot Vacuum Experts accepts orders for delivery within Australia only.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days

  • Sydney & Brisbane Metro: 2–6 business days

  • Regional (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS): 3–7 business days

  • Western Australia & Northern Territory: 3–10 business days
